Title: Job Number Post by deburr on 02/02/04 at 10:19:59 It would be nice to be able to see associated job numbers in the Iventory Inquiry-workorders button screen. If I need to find the job number now I have to exit that screen and go to MFG-WOA to get that information. Also would be handy to see Job Numbers on the shipments screen in Inventory inquiry. |
Title: Re: Job Number Post by CCKEITH on 02/02/04 at 12:19:21 I second that request. |
Title: Re: Job Number Post by Lynn Pantic on 02/02/04 at 12:22:30 Easy enough to do - you'll have to scroll over to the right to see them, though. |
Title: Re: Job Number Post by CCKEITH on 02/02/04 at 14:35:59 Thanks Lynn. No problem here with scrolling over to see. |

Title: Re: Job Number Post by shadowcaster on 02/17/04 at 12:09:53 What are people using the JOB NUMBER field for ? maybe I could use it but I dont see why I need it JW |
Title: Re: Job Number Post by deburr on 02/18/04 at 10:41:50 I actually use the field for a completely different use. We have many "job leaders" that oversee the completion of jobs. I put the job leader in this field and use it for a variety of crystal reports. Now when I do an inventory inquiry and look at closed workorders lookup, I can see who ran the job last and direct the job to the same job leader. |
