I'd love it if I could view the sales order notes in SO-H.

I agree, it would be useful to read the SO notes here without having to run some other program (acknowledgements, etc). We use this screen extensively with customers on the telephone wanting information on the order. Right now, to get the notes we either reopen the sales order or pull the original paper copy. This would save some time.
