We have experieced a problem with shipped and billed S.O.'s hanging as open orders after completing invoicing.

Any chance the SO are being reopened by a user? That happens here a lot. They want to look at something on the order (like the notes which are not visible in SO-H, Ms Pantic, ;) ) so they reopen. If they then "Exit SO" it stays open. If they "Save SO" a prompt will ask them if they want to close it.

Notes in SO-H will be available with the next update, thanks to user input :D
