Hi Lynn,

Can you update the "Print Available to Ship" report to include the "Cust Due Date" range. An option box to either use "Due Date" or "Ship Date" would work.

There is also an issue with Aknowledgments - Can a hidden Cust Due date field be added to the forms template so that it may be used if needed.

That has already been done - edit the latest RTX file for the Acknowledgement form to get the field - if you have already made changes to the Ack form, you can open the RTX, copy the field, then open your RTM and paste it so you don't need to re-do all your prior changes.

How about the "available to ship" report? Can this be done easily?

Since I am using the new "Cust Due Date" field as the "Est Ship Date" and the "Est Ship Date" field as the WO finish date we need the shipping report to reflect this.

Yes, adding those dates to various reports is already on the list.

Customer due dates on MPR reports would also be helpful. We jump through hoops to have this date available to us. We wipe out the part number description and insert a heat code and customer due date so that we can see it on reports.
