Title: Reopening SO Post by stl3370 on 05/03/05 at 07:25:56 Using Evo-ERP with latest update. Since we converted to Evo-ERP in the past month, I have had one user unable to reopen sales orders in SO-A. We have the flag set for a password and she worked fine before we converted. Right now, I'm the only other one able to do so and it works fine on my PC. Has anyone else experienced this? Just curious if there was something else that I might need to do on her system or maybe a settings file that got corrupted. Thanks, Sean Leybold Optics |

Title: Re: Reopening SO Post by JaySchmitendorf on 07/13/07 at 08:03:27 We have the same problem. I can open sales orders often, all times except one, when our sales person cannot. The SO-A screen disappears after he enters the password. I must have some access she does not. (As administrator I have everything.) :-X Once everyone else was logged off of the system, I was able to reopen a sales order under the sales person's ID, which had been resistant to the OK button under under either ID earlier. |
Title: Re: Reopening SO Post by cpitta on 07/17/07 at 10:42:25 This is happening to us as well. Some individuals can re-open w/the password and other's are kicked out of SO-A entirely. When it was first reported to me I did not understand why it would occur, because as Lynn states below, I was under the impression the SD-Q applied to all users. |

Title: Re: Reopening SO Post by JaySchmitendorf on 12/14/07 at 12:30:15 We had the problem come up again. This time we had everyone accessing the old sales order files log off. That was not enough to solve the problem. The incident was resolved by changing the option to allow anyone to open closed orders. |
