The ability to preview the result of an inventory adjustment before committing to it would be nice. I don't know how many times we have made adjustments in the wrong direction (i.e. wanted to reduce the O/H but ended up increasing it because we forgot the minus).
Or maybe just a change in the screen indicating that negative amounts decrease balances.

Or how about the ability to REVERSE an IN-C inventory adjustment???

And maybe a inventory transaction code for "oops! I made a boo boo and this fixes it" :)
