Is there any way to make the Entered By field in Enter PO a required field, or at least filled in same way as the Enter Sales order or CM screens work?

We really want to track who enters what PO.

As far as I know, the SO and CM "Entered by" or "Rep Code" are system wide settings, like the PO.

As far as knowing who entered which PO, try Audit Trail. You may have to write an outside report (Crystal, Access, etc), don't know if DBA would have one.

How about a non-M$ solution? ;) We've actually been moving away from them. Anywho, if we were to design a Crystal report, what are the specific fields we could use for the audit info?

The Audit info is in the transaction files (BKGLTRAN and INVTXN) and available in GL-C and IN-O. There is not at this time audit information saved for PO Entry or PO Edit. On the neverending list...(and programmers worry about job security!!!)
