I was very happy to see the close RMA prompt in SO-P-H
But, if I have an RMA that was a credit SO only - It won't give me the option to close RMA. The only way to do it is to create a reorder SO and then go and cancel the line items in that SO to close it out. Seems like there should be another way around this? You can close the RMA if it has been ReOrdered only!

I am revisiting this issue - Is there a way that I am missing to close a RMA with only a Credit SO converted? Also I was hoping we could add a "view open/closed" button on the RMA module.

Which RMA module are you using? The one in RM or the one in SO?

Does this mean we should abandon the SO version in favor of the RM version? I will take the SO version out of the menus if this is the case. We do not use this yet but are preparing to implement it.

I am still using the SO version. We are looking at the other but need to nail down some procedures first.
