Start at SO-A Opening List

1. Select a closed Sales order to view
2. Answer NO to Open Order
3. click View Invoice
4. Window changes to SO-H window :)

... 45 Second Delay ... (no matter which sales order selected) :(

5. List of invoices displays
6. click Exit Button
7. SO-A Screen displays
8. Click Exit Button
9. SO-T Opening Screen displays :-/

If you go straight to SO-T, the windows is titled SO-A View Sales Orders. If you click on a closed SO, it still says SO-A. When you click on the Invoice tab, it changes to SO-H. Maybe the program is just calling the other programs. It seems to produce the correct information.

No argument there.
However, when exiting the invoice view and returning to the opening screen, I am now in SO-T and cannot add or edit any orders.

Agreed. Not good. Have you ever exited out of SO-P-A and then went to SO-A and got the sales quote list displayed? I get that occasionally.

Our issue is with the delay mentioned in the first post...the delay is about 2 minutes. Why so long?
