Currently, the only way to view a closed Purchase Order is to open it up again, then view/print, and then close it.
My purchaser would like the ability to just view a closed PO. We have items that we order very rarely, and purchasing likes to look at the last (closed) PO that may be over a year ago without having to search through the paper records.

Can't you just view the PO-D receiver and get the info you need?

The receivers do not carry any of the notes that may have been added to the original PO, and in the case of a many of our PO's there are multiple receivers for each PO. Being able to view the original PO would be a tremendous time saver, as all the information would be visible in one document. We have also been looking at modifying the PO RTM to show orignal, recieved, and due in quantities. Purchasing likes to have this information.
