I have a couple of posts in the Business Status PO Booked that have back dates on them. These entries are for line items that were zeroed out. The dates were entered same as the PO entry date (one was 8/8/07, one was 7/11/07). It was hard to track them down because the Change date in PO changes is the date that they were changed (10/24). I thought the purpose of the book date entry is to show them in the PO changes with the date they were booked. Am I wrong, and if so, how is this "Book Date" used?

The PO Book date is the date that will be used to post for the Business Status, but the actual edit date was done on the 24th so it shows it was done on the 24th. The Audit info always uses the date it was done on. You can't mess with that.

I will look and see if there is a place in the audit info to put the Booking dates to help track down changes like this.

Yes it would be helpful if the PO changes report had the booking date also.

I added the Booked date to the PO and SO change reports. I sent it to Lynn and asked her to put it out as a patch when she gets back and add in the PO report to the Admin menu.
