We are having a problem getting the correct ship date on our packing slips without putting it in manually. When we set the option of "Use existing SO Ship Dates" to Y in SO-C we may or may not get the date from the SO. More often than not we get the current date. What is going on?

If you release the order in SO-E and enter a ship date, that is what the SO-C should pull. If you do not release prior to printing Packing Slips, then the SO-C "Use Existing SO Ship Date" will pull the Est Ship date from the first line on the order.
