We print and use the Receipt Traveler to follow parts from Receiving, through Inspection, into the stockroom, and on th Accounts Payable. I have modified the receipt traveler (form T6poja1.rtm) to include all information everyone needs, except the capability of extended receipt value for A/P to match against invoice value (currently, they have to manually extend quantity received times unit cost).

Has anyone, does anyone, or can anyone tell me how to get this to print on this form?

I don't think you can within the RTM because at the time you have parts in QC, the extended value of those parts is a calculated field. Programming would have to define a variable to do the calculation.

If I am the only one interested, it does not make much sense sense to develop. I assume by programming, you mean the IS Tech staff. However, if not too difficult, let me know....we can discuss.

I do have one more question (I think) in reference to form t6poja1.rtm. There are 3 fields I am printing: 1) P/O conversion factor [BKAP.POL.PCONV], 2) P/O Line unit of measure [NKAP.POL.UM.LIN], and I am trying to print account number and department [BKAP.POL.EXTRA - Because BKAP.POL.GLA & BKAP.POL.GLDPTA are always blank for some reason]. Anyway, these fields print fine on first page of Receipt Traveler, but when 2nd page of traveler prints, these fields change. For example, the conversion factor always changes to 1, the unit of measure always changes to EA, and the account data changes to a different account.

Any idea how I can control this and why are the GL account fields not getting updated.
