Is there any way to change sales commission on a posted sale? I could make a GL journal entry between sales commission expense and liability, but that wouldn't change the commission reports.

If you want all the linked reports to have all the same information, the best way would be to void the invoice and then change the sales order to reflect the correct salesman or commission amount or whatever it is that you want changed. Then release order, invoice and post. That would be the cleanest way.
