We gotten to the point that anything we could wish for is now part of the EVO-ERP system except for employee time keeping. We use an electronic clock in the shop and a separate program to download and calculate the time cards. I know Payroll was a big pain in the butt several years ago, and it was even dropped for a while. It would be great if some effort could be devoted to making the payroll module a little better with facilities for employees to ckock in and out of EVO-ERP and do away with the importing or manual entry of time cards.

Have you looked at the "Shift Start/Stop" capability in the DC module lately? It is a means of using the Data Collection clock in/out capability for the start and end of the day independent of any job costing and it then transfers to payroll.

No I hadn't. Looks like that is what I am looking for but I need to read the help sections more to see if it will fit. I'll be back with questions.
