Is there a utility I can run that will update all customer sales stats at the same time?

SM-J-O does it. You can run everything or ranges of customers and/or vendors. Also a choice of rebuilding the prior year numbers.

...which is nice. You can avoid running Prior Year if you run it at the end of the year after all transactions have been posted, or after running the Prior Year once at the beginning of each year. It saves quite a bit of time.
