Is there anyone processing electronic invoice delivery to a global provider with data being exported direct from DBA. This global provider specifically is OB10. We also do EDI, but not thur DBA.

Betty,

We were dragged kicking and screaming into the world of EDI thru one of our main customers. We process orders in both directions thru DBA, with an intermediate mapping program (Gentran), and send and receive all files thru the customer's FTP server. It took a while and some massaging to get it working, but it is working.

We have a number of DBA/Evo users that use EDI. There is a need for some sort of mapping program and there are a number available. If you do not have the technical expertise in-house to massage the mapping, we can put you in touch with people who can help.
