We have a PO showing up on our RNI report that isn't accessible through PO-K. How can I get that closed PO off the RNI report?

After the September update, we had many old (previously closed PO's) reappear on our RNI report. I did run pokfix.run and rnifix.run which helped some but did not clear all of the mysteriously re-appearing purchase orders.
