-To add notification of price validity based on a user defined number of days since price entry date AND last PO date.

-To add in Quotations, whether all components in BOM have valid prices based on above suggestion.

-To change quotations to use Last Cost of Materials.

That seems sort of specialized but maybe not.

In the case of our business something akin to your suggestion might be nice. We sell parts for antique Mercedes Benz cars. The MB factory occasionally likes to be cute and raise the price of a part to astronomical levels (sometimes by as much as 10x the old price!) So it's a bad thing if we attempt to sell a customer a part which hasn't been ordered in three years and then find out that it's now worth more than it's weight in platinum. A gentle reminder from the software to double check the price would be good.

I still think this suggestion might be somewhat specialized and not worth putting a huge priority on. Bug stompin' should come first.
