We have something really strange that doesn't happen all the time, but often enough that it is a nusiance. When our Purchasing Agent types in an RFQ on random part numbers it isn't printing the full description. When I try to recreate the scenerio on my computer I can't produce the same result - the full description prints. Any idea what might cause this?

I have found this to be the case if, in my haste, I tab too often and instead of going directly from the 1st screen to the item entry screen I end up at the screen showing all lines - the second line of description and any specifications are missing. The only way to get it to work is to close out the Enter RFQ and start over, being more carefiul to tab slowly to the first line entry screen. It is annoying, but a little caution prevents it from happening. Maybe this is your issue as well.
