We have recently begun actively using Contact Manager within DBA and have come across a couple of quirks when making entries to the History. First is that each line comes to an abrut ending rather than allowing for text wrap. Is there an update that will allow for this?
Second is that there have been times when we want to get back into a History entry to edit. We have found that if we do this and change the date on the header screen, the program will sometimes duplicate some of the lines from the original entry. If we try to delete the lines the program will not allow for this because it thinks that this is a separate entry, but there is not a date next to the duplicated lines to allow for the "separate entry" to be deleted. Has anyone ever come across this? If so could you let us know what the proper way to edit is so that this will not happen?

There is no update that i know of - I've gotten used to the amount of space in a line (over time).
Not sure about your edit problem - I've seen it happen though.
