Due to a production reporting error, I had to reverse some production work orders. I keyed new WO's with negative quantities, keyed replacement positive WO's for correct production info and posted all WO's at same time using WO-P Batch Finished Production in Evo. The positives posted and backflushed fine. The negatives posted the quantities to the FG items, but did not backflush any the BOM materials back into inventory leaving my components out of balance.

I think the better way to reverse a work order as far as component issues is to cancel it. All issued components are returned automatically to inventory. The only problem is labor-- I don't think those transactions are reversed.
