There appears to be some inconsistency with SA-N

First time, ran the report with Text output, answered N to freight and freight WAS included in the output

Second time, ran the report with RTM output, answered N to freight and freight was NOT included in the output.

Of course, the issue is I can't export an RTM to file as easily as a TXT file, can this be resolved?

I don't know whether you are in Evo or DBA Classic, and I am not sure what you can do in Classic, but in Evo the RTM is very easy to export to a file and you can choose which type- text or excel are among the choices.
This is in the print screen where you choose to preview, email or print to file.
