Title: CM-B-D Contact Manager/Account Labels & Reports/Pr Post by Lori on 07/21/08 at 12:33:21 Print Mailing Labels I'm running the report wide open. It is skipping records between a particular customer starting with K and another customer starting with U. What is going on and how do we correct this to get ALL names to show? :-/ |

Title: Re: CM-B-D Contact Manager/Account Labels & Report Post by Lori on 07/24/08 at 08:44:38 Hi Carie ~ I'm answering them No & No. Is there some kind of re-indexing I should do? It doesn't make any sense that it skips almost half of all the data in the middle.... |

Title: Re: CM-B-D Contact Manager/Account Labels & Report Post by Lynn_Pantic on 07/25/08 at 20:43:24 Run CM-K to be sure all your customers also exist in the Contact Manager file. This is not looking at the customer file. |
Title: Re: CM-B-D Contact Manager/Account Labels & Report Post by Lori on 07/28/08 at 10:02:00 Here are the field/selections I'm using: Labels Yes print Contact Name 5 Contact Number Yes Include Blank Names Download Customers Only NO Exclude Customers, NO ACCT Code - the range is 1st through Zephyr (Ship-To's start with a symbol such as # or ~ and we want to EXCLUDE them) Sort by ALPHA C, 3-up labels Everything else is wide open, no selections. Now what I'm noticing is that they aren't printing out in true alphabetical (name) order, the names are scattered all over the place. That would take some investigating to find out why....lol |
