Does any one have an idea why I can not print RMAs from EVO? I am using T6RMA1.RTM. After I select the RTM, it kicks me back to the drop down menu and I never get to the printer options screen.

Works fine here. Have you modified (and perhaps corrupted) the RTM? Try changing the RTM to one of the Sales order ones (T6SOB4.RTM for example) and see if that prints. If it does, then the RTM itself is likely the problem.

Nope, that doesn't work either. I haven't messed with T6RMA1.RTM at all. To print a RMA I need to be in Classic and use the BK form.

Absolutely, you will need to use ENRMA1.RTM which is a clone of T6RMA1.RTM but with the extra EVO notes sub reports.

Nope, still not working. The ENRMA1.RTM file I have is dated 4-16-2008. Is there a newer one?

I am having the same problem, with EVO not printing RMA's. I think the problem started happening when we turned the EVO notes on. The problem really is that it wont even give you the RTM option when printing, it just kicks you back to the Sales mod screen. Any thoughts as to why this started happening? It was working fine when we originally converted to EVO.

You absolutely need to have ENRMA1.RTM that is dated 9/23/08. If you open up the RTM using the TAS-M RTM editor, there should be 7 tabs at the bottom.

OK, I definitely for some reason do not have the ENRMA1.RTM file, I dont know why? Do you know how I would go about getting it?

So I saved the RTM you sent me and I am still having the same problem with the RMA not printing. When I go to RM-B and click through it all, the print screen comes up and gives me the print options of preview, printer, email or file after I hit ok on this screen it just takes me back to the sales module. I am not given the graphical form name thing that normal comes up when I am printing things. Any thoughts on why this is happening? Again when we first switched over to EVO all this was working fine.

Did this get resolved? I am having the same problem with my updated (Dec 08)test company- the ENrma1.rtm has got the right date, (I just recreated it in case I had messed it up at some point in the past).

I am still having a problem with this no matter what form I type in to have it print, it kicks me back to the main menu, I have tried many different RTMs, please help we really need this feature to work for us.

Setting up RMA for use in our system. I can't print the RMA either. The T6RMA1.RTM hasn't been tampered with at all by me. We do not have Evo notes turned on. When I select print, the window showing the T6RMA1.RTM file name comes up and when I hit enter it just goes back to Evo main screen. It never gets to the Print to screen. We are running Evo-ERP 9-16-09 SP 4. Haven't installed Service Pack 5.

Any help on this?

When I print RMA's the program selects IT6RMA1.RTM and if I try to use T6RMA1.RTM it fails back to main screen.

Looks to me like you are trying to use the wrong RTM.

I tried both forms. One time only after your reply was I was able to print to screen. I don't know if it was the IT6RMA1.rtm or T6RMA1.rtm because at first the IT6RMA1.rtm file did not print. I have tried numerous times to print and except for the one time, the print screen does not show up and it goes back to the main screen. I'm not sure what to do from here.

Lori at ISTech Support emailed me a new T6RMA1.rtm file and it worked! Thanks.
