We issued a po that had 3 line items, then edited that po inserting a line for a surcharge on the first line item. We received, then invoiced, and now that same po is showing the line that was added in editing for a surcharge is still open on the po. But the full amount (both lines) were invoiced.

Has this happened to anyone else??

We just updated the latest in EVO, last Wednesday...but this did happen once the week before the update.....It doesn't happen all the time.....

trying to make this clearer...

PO-A to enter po (po has 4 line items)
PO-A to "insert" a line to the po.
PO-C to receive the first line and the "inserted line"
AP-C entered po invoice for both lines.
PO-D shows the "inserted" line received not invoiced (but it actually was), the po actually has additional items not received yet (which is correct)

How can we fix this?
