Custom Financial Statements calculate properly ONLY when a single column is printed. If multiple columns are printed, the numbers do not calculate properly. For instance, I can print the numbers for January, and they are correct. However, if I attempt to compare the numbers for Jan 2009 to the numbers for Jan 2008, nothing calculates properly.

How many totals do you have defined in your statement layout? Are you using Classic or Evo (RTM) to generate the statements?

There are 10 totals in the income statement; there are 14 totals in the balance sheet. I am generating the statements from EVO.
