Title: Can't print RMA after update Post by dashdown on 02/10/09 at 11:33:40 I installed the latest update last weekend and now we can't print RMAs from Evo. It jumps from the form selection screen back to the RMA drop down menu. We can print from DBA. I've put my RTM from my backup back and I've also tried using the RTX file. Nothing seems to work. Anyone know how to fix this? |

Title: Re: Can't print RMA after update Post by dashdown on 02/10/09 at 12:06:28 Tried that, didn't work. Is there something I need to do besides copy it to the right directory and change the extension to RTM? |

Would you be able to go into more detail on how to do that? I can't quite follow what you mean. |
Title: Re: Can't print RMA after update Post by GasGiant on 03/07/09 at 10:43:24 There is a subfolder named "RTX" in which are master copies of the the standard RTMs, except that their suffix is ".RTX" If you are having problems with, say, T7SOB4.RTM and want to try the newest version of the standard form, rename your current T7SOB4.RTM to T7SOB4.OLD and copy the T7SOA4.RTX from the RTX folder into your company folder, then rename the RTX to end with RTM. That gives you the most up-to-date copy of the form (if it has been changed as part of a recent update), with the only caveat being that, if you have customized the form, you may need to reapply your mods. I've had to update a few forms recently, so I just copied our header mods from the old form into the new one with the form editor. |
