We just applied the 12/21/08 update. When printing an invoice from a new sales order , one of the defaults on the invoice printing screen has changed and I can't find where to reset it. The option "Print SO Dwg/ECO/Revs?" now has a default of Y. Can this be done and if so, where?

Any of the settings on the selection screens in most programs can be set the way you want them. You need to turn on Configuration settings in the SD-Q System Manager section. From the Help…

Configuration Settings
This setting controls whether the settings on selection screens for various forms throughout the system can be changed. A blank or 0 means that no settings can be changed and program default settings will always be used. A value of 1 means that a system wide set of defaults can be established but user-specific settings will not be available. A value of 2 means that system wide defaults can be established but user specific settings can also be maintained on each workstation and will override the system settings. The actual settings are established in the programs themselves such as SO-B Print Acknowledgements

Lynn,
I had already looked in SD-Q, but went and looked again. Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but I can't find the particular option mentioned. Help

It's under the System Mgr tab and at the top of that screen

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The option I mentioned in my original post ("Print SO Dwg/ECO/Revs?") is the one I can't locate.

You save the settings right on the screen where you set them. Slowly tab down through the screen for printing the invoice. Set the Y and N options that you want. When you get to the last box a button will appear in the lower right of the program screen that says "Save Settings". Click on that to save all of the settings for that screen.

If that button does not appear or does not work, there is an option in SD-Q to turn the save settings feature on. That is what Lynn described above.
