I have one user who gets the message "Email NOT sent" for any Evo email she attempts. Emailing works fine from my machine. I checked her settings and her SMTP user name and password were empty. Email was working fine last week. So I put her user name and password back in, but it still fails. I even went so far as to check the email address to be sure it was valid. We were able to send mail via our email program to the same addresses.

Ideas?

On the TAS-C screen, look at the top margin of the screen.  It should say
"Set RT Configuration [C:\ISTS\]"
or, if they are a terminal server user and you have the alternate drive mapping set up, M:\ISTS or whatever drive letter you chose to use.  If it ispointing to F:\DBAMFG or some other path, click the Set Run Path on the lower left and change it to the correct ISTS path.

Looked at it. That's not it. I'll make her reboot and tell her to try again tomorrow.
