There are approx 700 customers in our customer file, some going back to 2001, but of these only 100 or so are active. Is there a way to flag customers as inactive or dormant so the F2 search doesn't display all 700?

Or, if there's no way to do that, what's the effect of deleting customers we haven't sold to in over four or five years?

The next update will have the ability to archive or purge old AR & AP data which will then allow you to delete the customers (or vendors) from the active list but still keep the history in the archive file.

Will this be just for EVO or will Classic get this also?

It will be both Evo and Classic and the CM info will remain.
