Ok, I had email working on EVO-ERP, now nothing, now we get  Email not sent error. We have changed nothing in the setup since, this has affected every workstation. Any help please...

Has anything changed with your outgoing email (SMTP) server or setup? Different IP? Restricted access from your network to the SMTP server?

No, our email server has not changed, just checked that, all other email programs are working. outlook etc. are working just not EVO-ERP. I checked and recheck the settings. I can find nothing wrong.

I'm not sure, but I assume that the program sends the email from the Evo server. Can the Evo server communicate with the SMTP server?

This does not seem to be happening, We are using Network Solutions for our Email server. I'm going to try another server to see if this is the problem.

Ok, it is our primary email server Network Solutions, EVO-ERP is not communicating properly with, EVO works with any other email server we have and my personal home server. So I will switch to one of these until I can figure out what is goin on with Network Solutions.

Thanks for the help, it pointed in the right direction.
