Title: PO-A Cannot see whole pmt terms field when printed
Post by bvesall on 04/15/09 at 12:35:50

We have had this problem for a long time.  We use form T6POB4.RTM for printing purchase orders.  We have discounted terms for several of our suppliers, and many of them are 1%10 N30 or 1%30 N60.  All I can get to come out on the purchase orders is 1%10/NET.  I have gone into the forms editor in TAS-M and stretched this field as far out as I can, even further than necessary and still cannot see a change.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

It might not like the space.  Try changing the description to 1%10-N30 and see if it will work.

This may be related to the problem we had with invoices not printing the entire terms description--   In that case, it was fixed by putting a lower case "s" in front of the field name. (data field: sBKAR.INV. TERMD ) I am not sure but I think IS Tech Support did some magic before this would work...

Yeah, that was us.. we created a new field with the 's' in front of it and made it the full string...

We may have to do the same thing for PO's. I will have Mike take a look.

:)

The change has been made to the PO printing program (PO-B) so that the full terms description are printed.

For those EVO users who like to edit their own rtms, change the terms field on the RTM from BKAP.PO.TERMD to BKSY.TERMS[BKAP.PO.TERMNM].
