When clicking on PR-A the following message appears -

You are about to run a one-time utility that will copy the employee division from ISPRMSTR to BKPRMSTR. ARe you ready to being - Yes and No buttons

If you click yes - the following message pops-up

The file name G:\PRDIVFIX.RUN does not exist and can't be run. - OK

When you click OK you go on to the menu and can add an employee.

The error message is correct there is no PRDIVFIX.RUN on my drive.

I don't know if this is related to the new update or not, as it has been a little while since making changes to an employee record.

Any suggestions?

I will send you the file. It is just a utility that updates the Job Cost employee file with the payroll divisions.

I hope that your spam filter is really good. Bots do troll this forum. In the future you might think of slightly obfuscating your address to ward off email harvesting bots. If you keep posting your true email address on forums you'll end up like me and get hundreds of spam messages a day. It's fun...

An example:

jane(dot)curtright(at)westernchemicalpumps(dot)com

Or even:
jane.curtright*AT*westernchemicalpumps.com

Of course, this little bit of advice goes for everyone. I don't follow my own advice (what a hypocrite) but then again, as previously mentioned, I get a LOT of spam.
