New PO-A no longer giving you the option to select a location if you enter thru the ship to code. We really liked that feature, it saved alot of explaining.

odd, it does here. when you hit enter to move off the shipto field it brings up a Grid of locations. :-?

Nope - just tried it again, and I had Lenette try it too. Could I have something missing, or a setting wrong?

Do you have more then one location? is this a new PO?

There is no settings to turn this on or off. It is just if this is a new PO and if you have more than one location.

How are you adding it? are you using an opening list and pressing the Add New button?

Yes I am using an opening list and pressing the Add New button. We have 4 locations. And yes it is a new PO. (we are also have a problem that it doesn't give me the next new PO number - it saves them all as "0")

Allen just changed some things and I sent it to you. Please let me know if it works so that if it does we can post it as a patch and if it doesn't we can keep looking for the problem.

The only thing I've noticed this am is I can't F2 on Ship Via field and if I type in bla bla bla it doesn't tell me I can't use it - I have it set to R for required from list.

Also We get this error when printing immediately after entering.

Access Violation at address 00948CB4 in module 'evoerp.exe'. Read of address 000001A0.

If you say OK you can print fine

T7POA open issues that I will try to fix today:

SHIP VIA look up
Price going to 0 in Evo view only
Approved Vendor settings from Inventory
Create only valid Locations from LOCM if item + location do not exist
ShipVia Evo notes
