When Enterintg a PO line in PO-A in the EVO view, the cost you enter for the line is overridden by the previous cost (if it was different). This does not occur if you switch to Classic view.

While we're at it, with this new program the add lines window prevents you from accessing any other EVO windows or programs. our purchaser likes to look at inventory when entering PO's, but now you can't.

Our purchasing and inventory control person won't use any of the TAS7 programs and has similar objections.

I confirm the price issue in teh Evo view (and will get it fixed) but I can have IN-A and PO-A open at the same time.

Yes you can have them open at the same time, but when you have the second screen open for entering PO lines, IN-A is not accessable.

Our purchaser reported to me that POA stopped working- you could enter a line, but when you went to save the PO there would be nothing. Rebooted the server and that seemed to fix it.

That is only in the Classic view.. in order to keep the user from clicking back on the header screen I made the Classic Lines screen Modal. If you use the Evo View it will let you open multi windows.

And I have a fix for the price issue in the Evo view - email me if you need it before the next patch is released. Vman, you should already have it.

That would explain why I have no problem and she does. Anyway, she's happy with the T6 version of IN-A and I'm fine with her using that. Special orders don't upset us ;)

After trying the latest T7POA program, we have gone back to the older BK version. With the PO's we cut over the last week, we have discovered blank ones and duplicated PO numbers with different vendors. The T7 program is hard to navigate- the save button keeps disappearing, allowing you to only exit, giving you another blank PO. Sometimes the PO lines take, sometimes they don't. We just can't work this way.
I am beginning to wonder if this update introduced more bugs than it fixed.
