Whenever I try to create a new lookup grid, I get an "List index out of bounds (0)" error. Even if I set up a grid to match a preexisting one, I still get the same error. Any reason why?

what exactly are the steps you are doing and what version of Evo are you running. I just ran SU-A typed in a new grid name, i asked me if I wanted to create a new grid.. I say yes. select a data table for the grid,Form Name (ALWAYS WBKLOOKUP) then add your fields and indexes and save.
