HELLO EVERYONE, I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP I CAN GET ON WHY WHEN I ENTER AND RMA AND TRY TO SAVE IT I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT SAYS "ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS 00401EE2 IN MODULE TP7RUNTIME.EXE". I CANT EXIT AT THAT POINT, I GET LOCKED UP COMPLETELY AND ANOTHER WARNING ERROR THAT SAYS "IN FORM CLOSE" COMES UP. I HAVE TO CONTROL ALT DELETE AND END THE TASK. WHEN I GO BACK IN THE RMA HAS ACCTUALLY SAVED. IF I TRY TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS IT CLOSES THE RMA. I HAVE TO GO TO SQL TO RE OPEN IT. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF IF I DISPOSTION THE PART TO A CREDIT MEMO, NO SALES ORDER IS CREATED. I'M AT MY WITS END. I'LL TAKE ANY ADVISE.

We always need to know what version you are on. And what happened (if you know) between when it was working and when it stopped working. Was an update installed, or maybe a Windows update or something? Do you see this problem on all workstations?

Lyn, Thanks for responding. Our version is evo/erp build 52509. We have all 4 addtional packs added to it. I think it stopped working after the June 24th update it was the 4th patch of the latest update. We have not done any windows updates lately. Thanks again, Sheri
