Hi,

When we go to IN-A, view a part then select SO to view where this product is on SO, we get a system lock and have to Task Manager out of the screen and reboot EVO.

What is causing this, what is the solution?

For what it is worth, we are on the latest update and we have no issues with this.

Do you get a lockup or an error message or what? Every time? And what version are you on?

Every time, on different computers across the network.
