Title: RM-B
Post by clandsman on 08/21/09 at 06:20:09

Last night the 5/25/09 updates were installed in Evo 2007.

The problem is RM-B, Print RMA.  The Graphical Form Name T6RMA1.RTM pops up, hit enter and the screen goes back to the menu.

Basically, we now cannot print RMA's.

What do we need to do, or is this a glitch?

Thanks

When did you download the 05/25/09 update?  If you downloaded awhile ago and are just now installing, there was some problems with RMA activity early on.  Also, do you have Evo Notes turned on?

We installed the 5/25 update last night (8/20/09).  Yes, Evo notes are turned on

Yes, I understand you installed last night, but when did you download the update from IS Tech Support?

IS Tech installed it last night, so no idea.

The problem is most likely the rtm.

If you have Evo notes turned on, you should be using ENRMA1.

If that doesn't work, try renaming xxRMA1.RTX to xxRMA1.RTM.

Finally, if it is still a problem, contact Lynn for the latest RTMs.

Note: Be careful when copying any .RTX file to a .RTM file.  Those reports ending in .RTX are copies of an original format and if you have logos, special message, added fields, etc. in your RTM's you use regularly, rename to something else (XXXXXX.RTM) so you will be able to retrieve and information you want saved.  Then copy the .RTX to the RTM name you want to replace and then re-add any modificaitons you may have made to the original RTM.

When I choose ENRMA1, The printers are displayed, however, I still cannot print.

Error message:
Access Violation at address 0052B530 in module Tp7runtime.exe.  Read of address 000002DC

What does this mean?

Double check your SD-Q settings to verify the "Enable EVO Notes System" setting in the Systm Manager section.  If it is Y then use ENRMA1 otherwise use T6RMA1.

Thank you.  Our Evo notes were not on, however, once we turn them on and use ENRMA, the logo is gone.  We are working on that now.  Thanks
