I am sure I have seen this but cannot find it with search--
AP aging using the graphical form does not show the correct invoice number- the number shown is a 5 digit number in most cases, not related to the real invoice number. If I print the AP aging in text format, the Invoice number is correct.
I took a look at the BKAPINVT file and the number the report is pulling is what is in the invoice number field, but this number is not correct.
After doing the May update on Friday, I ran the AP long invoice number routine this morning and apparently it did not run correctly. How can I fix this?
(I have a copy of the old files that the routine told me to back up.)

I found the answer to this problem in Accounting/ "AP Voucher Number" 3/10/09. The solution was a new BKAPI1.RTM -- I can't really understand why that RTX is not in the RTX file that I thought was updated when the program update is installed. Oh well, it is solved now!
