Accounting says they used to be able to drilll down to the so line item level in AR- A but now they can't since the update  So I went in and tried it myself.

When in AR-A,(ISTS Enhancements 9/8/09 GUI),  bring up a customer record, then click on shopping cart to view sales orders.  Use the door to switch to open orders only. One order listed.  That order is selected in the grid.  Click on the green arrow and choose SO Lines grid, but nothing.  Tried hitting enter, tab, etc.  Drill down to the line items level does not occur. Tried this with a few customers.   Also switched to the classic view--same results.

What are we doing wrong here?

I just tested here and it works fine, I get the SO Lines.  Check Queries - SU-B - you should have a drill defined for SOHEADERS to SLOINES.

We do have that--SU-B shows:

Parent               child           menu Name        Parent File         Child File
SOHEADERS       SOLINES     SO LINES            BKARINV           BKARINVL


So why is it not working?  I can definitely reproduce the issue every time.  What else can I check?

Lynn, when you click on the green drill down arrow, a small window with a dropdown list pops up, one item in it SO LInes.  Select that, the window just stays there with the selection highlighted.  Nothing happens. Are we supposed to press an F key?  This is what I mean by we've tried pressing enter which does nothing, tab which makes the dropdown list go away,  F2-F11, etc.  It just does nothing.

I can duplicate the way Val's works.

In addition - the details of the SOHEADERS grid:

Parent Grid - SOHEADERS
File - BKARINV

Child Grid - SOLINES
File - BKARINVL
Key - BKAR.INVL.INVNM

Source Field - BKAR.INV.SONUM
Target Field - BKAR.INVL.INVNM
