Selected a WO, noted the parent part, selected the item from the WOBOM, put in the qty for the issue, system prompted ok to do the issue, I said yes, next on the serial # field. Cannot back out of this, even after I selected a serial number. Apparently production sometimes puts in the wrong part # and it gets to the Serial # or Lot # field and they can't escape out or cancel. They need to be able to recover from such a mistake. Title: Re: Unable to back out a WO Issue Post by Lynn_Pantic on 11/10/09 at 16:35:11 You have to complete the process and save the issue, then click Dsp Material Trans on the WO-G screen, sort by date and go to the end of the list and find the transaction, select it and back it out. |
