Running T7POA.RWN ISTS Enhancements 11/02/09.....

Twice now, once last week and once today, in different companies, different PO's, Walter has had an issue when in PO-A. The module just seems to "wig out" when he tries to edit a line item--Evo windows flipping around and flicking. It's almost like a key is stuck or something, but keyboard keys work fine and the mouse is fine (optical mouse). When I got it to stop (I locked his computer using the windows lock, then we unlocked it), had him save and exit the PO and then go into PO-A and bring up the PO he was working on and then try to edit the line item again--it would not let him edit the line item. I did notice that instead of using the edit line button, he was double-clicking the line item. It would not open to be edited, so he kept clicking it. Eventually it did open the line item for editing. I went back to my computer and in our test company tried opening a PO and editing the line by double-clicking it instead of using the edit line button and I was able to reproduce this craziness--it really messes up Evo (and I boinked mine so I ended up having to CTRL-ALT-DEL out). Not sure why he does not use the Edit line button (intuitively people want to double click to open/edit), but there you go.

I partially confirm what you are seeing. In the EVO tabbed view, there are some "funnies" going on. Not as bad as yours, but either double clicking or hitting the edit button doesn't work smoothly. In the classic view, it seems to work fine.

Thanks, Mike, that's good to know. If Walter continues to see issues, we may just switch him back to the Classic view.

I continue to get much the same stuff. F2 does not work to open choices. Moving from line to line can be balky. I will continue to use DBA for PO's until this is fixed.

If you don't like the new program, you can change your Evo menu to call T6POA.RUN; you don't have to load Classic.
