Title: IN-A Error in Vendor lookup Post by gtladmin on 04/27/10 at 05:33:59 In In-A (gui or classic view), look up a part #, when the part appears, click on Vendor (or sources in the gui) and you get an error: Warn err - File: t7ina SRC Line: 1593 the function name used was not acceptable: VLD_SBVEND Click on oK, you get this error: Warn err - File: t7ina SRC Line: 1593 The field: VLD_SBVEND() was not found. You may include only active fields in an expression to be compiled at runtime. Click on OK The venor/source information does appear. I'ved tested in both our companies, on random parts and it is very repeatable. Val |

Title: Re: IN-A Error in Vendor lookup Post by NovaZyg on 05/04/10 at 14:00:43 It was fixed back in April when it was first reported, but due to some other Modification that open new tables that are not released yet I can't send out a general fix. I did however send a fix ( where i commented out the new file stuff) to Lynn so if you ask her nicely she may send you that fix. ;) |

So, pounding my shoe on the table and being a jerk about it won't help? How about threats and lots of foaming at the mouth? |
Title: Re: IN-A Error in Vendor lookup Post by Lynn_Pantic on 05/05/10 at 11:02:57 Fix available at www.istechsupport.com/dl/SP3patch.zip Simply unzip to DBAMFG and replace existing files. Shoe pounding and foaming at the mouth not required. |
