When trying trying to run reports (sales) , receiving the following error:

An error message record was not found in the ERRMSG.G file. 48 (then .405 then.19) When this happens, have to close out of DBA and go back in. Started since 7-5-10 update that was installed last week.

There errmsg files that exist in the DBAMFG directory are: errmsg.b, errmsg.dbf, and errmsg.mdx

Which specific reports are you trying to run and how far into the process do you get before the errors come up? I have not had reports from anybody else.

Lynn, this turned out to be a physical connection problem with a switch.
