Title: JC-C & JC-G Post by cellis on 01/13/11 at 14:32:16 We installed the Oct 2010 as a complete package and were previously on Classic DBA 2004.1. Since the installation of the upgrade when we run these two reports and use Sequence as the sort option we get a message that there is no data. It worked prior to the upgrade and it runs if you sort by employee or work order or date, just not sequence. Any ideas? The sequence info prints on the report when you sort it any other way. |

Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by GasGiant on 01/20/11 at 10:46:35 I've moved this to Problem Reports, where it will have more visibility. Sorry, but I do not have an answer :( |

Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by NovaZyg on 01/20/11 at 11:55:21 There was a structure change made that we think caused this error. Until our next post, it is a bug. The good news is a post is only a day or so away. |
Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by Lynn_Pantic on 01/21/11 at 19:32:02 Fixed in the 1/18/11 update |
Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by cellis on 02/14/11 at 07:37:29 Installed the 1/18/11 Update and I'm still having problems sorting by sequence on the reports. Now I'm getting data for sequence numbers that don't exist. |
Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by dbenninger on 02/16/11 at 09:51:58 I am still having this problem after the 1/18/11 update also. When I request the report by sequence the labor date range populates itself with dates I didn't enter and so does the sequence ranges. I go back and clear the ranges and they pop up again. Error message says "There are no labor transactions meeting all of the filtering criteria you have specified. |
Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by cellis on 02/18/11 at 13:57:40 Well, I'm at least glad to hear that we are not the only ones having this problem |
Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by davismfg on 05/06/11 at 08:05:36 Hi, I recently installed several updates including the 1/18/11, and am experiencing this problem also. Has there been any resolution? Thanks, Cathy |
Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by cellis on 05/06/11 at 08:34:18 We are still waiting for a resolution too. :( |
Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by dameng on 05/21/11 at 07:50:30 i know you said you updated to the 1/18/11 update, and possibly the SP1 ?? what is the Date of your JC-C ? 11/30/10? and JC-G ? 11/30/10? how many filters are you entering? just changing the Sort to Sequence, and putting in a Labor Date Range? or are you filling in a bunch of filters? is the report accurate and or works if you Sort by .... Employee..... or Work Order, but just not by Sequence? i'm asking as both reports work fine with my copy of EVO.... so just trying to figure out what's really different. or is this resolved for you? |
Title: Re: JC-C & JC-G Post by Lynn_Pantic on 05/21/11 at 10:58:23 We have changed the index the JC-C & G reports use to make it run properly and faster. The update with this enhancement is in final testing and we hope to have it uploaded this weekend (May 21) |
