We use a Type "M" item. We send 2 different parts to the painter and when they come back they are boxed for shipping as a new part number. Since the Oct-10 update we can't convert the sales order to get work orders for the parts required to make the "M" part. I was unable to find any reference to this on the site, so if someone has addressed this already I'm sorry for the duplication. Is selling and then converting an M type no longer possible or are we just doing it wrong?

would like to know when this is resolved, we too use M parts for the same type of outside processing. This would be a problem for us.

Still unable to use "M" parts on a sales order and then convert the work orders from it. Has anyone been able to do this successfully?

This has been fixed and will be in the upcoming update.
