Lynn or anyone who can answer,

Hello. This is a major emergency so please answer this email as fast as you can.

We recently applied the 1/18/11 update to our DBA classic. Now, when we generate MRP (MR-F), the application gets stuck in a loop when "examining product types that may have a BOM". Specifically, DBA stays on stage one, and the part number displayed never changes. The "PL #" displayed on the right just keeps incrementing until it hits some large number and then resets to 0 and starts incrementing again. This just keeps happening over and over, and hence is stuck in a loop. Is this something caused by the 1/18/11 update? Please let us know what solution to take so we can generate MRP successfully.

The counter resets when it gets to 65535 (16-bit counter), but the program is still running. Leave it alone and it should finish normally. It can take several hours, however, and should be set to run over night.
