We are receiving the following error when attempting to export from DE-A : “An error has occurred while accessing anon-TAS file ”w:\DBAMFG\BKSBMFG.TXT”

We went thorough the steps in the process several times, and I can see that an XPT file has been created but it doesn't contain any data. Has anyone else encountered this problem? We are using DBA Classic.

The file is probably already open in Excel while you are trying to make a new one.

We had never exported this file to Excel previously and we had the same error message from other files that we attempted to export.

Maybe you do not have CREATE rights to the path so you can't make a new file. All users need full control of the folder.
